We study English

I learn English because I like this language. English is very popular nowadays: it is learnt at schools (sometimes even at nursery schools), colleges and universities. One billion people speak English today. 400 million people use English as their native language. For 600 million people it is either a second language or a foreign one.

English is the language of politics and diplomacy, science and business, sport and music.

But while learning this language I have some problems with grammar and phraseological units, with some new words. It is a difficult language for me, as it requires a lot of time and forces to penetrate into the sense of each word or rule. But I am trying to do my best.

I try to overcome all difficulties while learning English, because the English language is one of the international world languages. I consider that any person in our modern world should know the English language. I think I`ll need this language in my future profession as I am going to be a programmer, and it will help me know more about  my future profession and share experience in the English-speaking countries.
